Oil Service was good and wheel alignment was good. 15 point inspection was also good. My dissatisfaction was when my car failed NYS inspection, the dealer did not offer the drive cycle to make it past. This happens every but this year the dealer did not offer it.

I’m the type of buyer who has a lot of questions, and David was patient enough to answer every single one of them to my satisfaction. The biggest thing for me, though, was the delivery. Because of my work schedule, Saturday was the only day I could realistically get to the dealership. Even though Saturday was David's day off, he actually came into the showroom just to make sure the car was delivered to me personally and that everything was in order. It’s rare to find that kind of above-and-beyond service these days. The whole process was transparent, straightforward, and actually felt easy. If you’re heading to Ide VW, definitely ask for David.
