No underhanded sales tactics where they pull a bait and switch on you or add some last minute add-ons. This was straight honest out the door pricing. Our car buying experience could not have been smoother and hassle free.. would highly recommend using them for your next vehicle purchase or lease. A sales person in particular, Daryl Lewis was amazing! never once that I have to go into the dealership to get any numbers from him unlike other dealers. Daryl and I did all our negotiations via text. The only time I had to go in was to pick up my vehicle after we had agreed on the price, truly truly amazing and hassle free.

after having service done on my wife's Honda passport-which took longer than expected and I was stuck waiting five hours-the service dept went out of their way to rectify the situation. Carlo Realmuto, the service director was outstanding in getting my concerns taken care of. After such personalized service I decided to bring my Honda Ridgeline to north shore Honda for an issue that the dealership where I bought the vehicle had been giving me a run around. I called ahead to Carlo who assured me they could fix my Ridgeline quickly and that I should bring it right in. I arrived on a Friday afternoon and the technician had my vehicle fixed and out the door in less than an hour! all at no cost to me- even though my original dealer said I would have to pay a 'diagnostic fee'. I was starting to believe that this type of service no longer existed. a big THANK YOU to north shore Honda and especially to CARLO REALMUTO.

Beginning in October 2024, the audio in our brand new - LFS91

Beginning in October 2024, the audio in our brand new Ford Escape PHEV purchased at Empire Ford in Huntington began working only intermittently. After three trips to that shop in which they had the car for a total of about five weeks, they did not repair it, even though each time we picked it up we were told it was fixed. Then the Navigation Fault showed up. I called Ford corporate. Tech there said take it to a different shop. Best advice ever. Steve understood the problem, the audio was fixed with updates in one visit, and the navigation fixed the next week. As I waited, Steve kept me (as well as everyone else waiting) frequently updated on progress. He is a consummate professional and has a great tech team working with him. Steve will be in charge of all our future maintenance work.

I just want to say working with Mike Dupree was amazing. He made my visit so pleasant. He did everything above and beyond to make me end up leasing a new vehicle with not a bit of struggle. He has the best personality as a salesman. Not pushy at all. He worked with the Gm there to help me stay within my budget for a new car. The finance manager was extremely nice too! He introduced himself and worked with me on certain coverages. Finally Allison the customer care manager that wrapped up the paperwork was 💯 amazing. She’s pleasant and has a great personality. She even helped me download the my Chevy app on my phone and made sure I was knowledgeable of how it worked before left. Allison came out to the car and explained a lot about the features of my new equinox. She made sure my Bluetooth was hooked up and I was familiar with the touchscreen. Awesome job Allison!
