However, he and the entire Volvo team made the process incredibly smooth from start to finish. I explained exactly what I was looking for in terms of monthly payments and my available down payment, and Dino and Eric worked hard to make it happen. They also helped me take advantage of military discounts, which I greatly appreciated. The bottom line: I absolutely love my XC60, and the customer service at Jim Ellis Volvo was outstanding.
