We had an excellent experience purchasing our Ineos Grenadier from Crown Automotive in xx. Petersburg. Kyle Ahern was informative, patient, and really worked with us to get the deal done. He took the time to walk us through all the different vehicle options and made sure we understood the variations. On delivery day, Jim was also very helpful going through the use of the vehicle with while Kyle was tied up with another customer. Overall, the process felt thorough and respectful.

Great car buying experience, going in to a dealership for the first time I didn’t know what to expect. Nicholas greeted my girlfriend and me out front and was a great help throughout the process. Very understanding, patient, and engaging. We told him what we were looking for and he helped make it happen. Aside from the experience we absolutely love the car, it checked all of our boxes and had even more to it than we were expecting. The color is perfect, it handles great, gets up and goes when you need it to, brakes are super responsive, just enough room to take it on long trips, and the mpg is insane. Thank you Nicholas!

Sam is fantastic. He is very caring and great at communication. My Range Rover was unfortunately misbehaving. On a Friday morning, it would not start, but the battery was fine (only 4 months old). So, I had it towed to the dealership. Of course, it started fine at the dealership. Monday morning, same issue. Once more, towed it to the dealership. Sam provided me with a loaner car. Again, the car started at the dealership! Finally on Thursday, it wouldn't start. They ran the diagnostics and it turns out there was corrosion on the cable from the battery to the starter. Thank you for finally figuring out the problem.
