Did not end up making a vehicle purchase with them, but I was incredibly impressed with the communication, transparency and overall customer service. I was handled all communications via email (which most dealerships hate), but Matthew Ferdig was quick to answer my questions & provide me all the information I needed. The search for a vehicle & eventual purchase took 5 months & I was in contact with numerous sales reps & dealerships.... and Matt Ferdig from Ken Ganley Subaru Wickliffe was one of the elite people I dealt with. Just because of the quality of up front info, no hidden tricks or cost increases, honest & trustworthy talks... I was confident if I was to buy from Ken Ganley Subaru Wickliffe. I feel that they want to deliver quality vehicles at competitive prices for the good of the people. Just the fact alone that I was sent photos of the vehicle before they were able to do their full inspection felt like they had nothing to hide and wanted to accommodate my requests as soon as they could. Now, I can't speak on anything further than the assistance I received while shopping around for a vehicle, as I didn't end up purchasing one from Matt or KG Subaru Wickliffe... but, I felt the service I received was top tier and deserving of a positive review so that I could help other people like myself who are looking to avoid getting the run around. I felt like I experienced all the tactics in the last 4 months & it was refreshing dealing with someone who just wanted to find the right deal for you. Thank you Matthew Ferdig for all your help & assistance. Your honesty & transparency was appreciated. I recommend! Especially if you want straight to the point & honest communications before even having to visit the store. Things like this can save a whole day, some money & earn you a whole lot of respect from the average person just trying to do the best they can with what they got.
