Although there were some minor issues due to communication problems, after communicating with the sales team and their management, they proactively helped me resolve the issues. They are not the kind of dealership that once you complete the transaction, they are no longer responsible. They are very responsible, transparent about the condition of the car, reasonable in pricing, and efficient. If I need to replace my car next time, I will still choose them

My Wife and I made the decision of purchase a 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy White with Grey interior. Phil Gomez greeted Us as if a relative and we advised Phil what we were interested in purchasing. A short white Phil brought the EXACT vehicle my Wife wanted. She reviewed all the points she needed for her satisfaction. Phil wrote up the deal and we drove out in our new Palisade in less than two hours total including the tutorial for safe operation.
