Michael patiently and completely explained the features of the Lexus NX 450h+ that perplexed us. We had found the user manual to be extremely wordy and difficult to follow. We now understand several of the car's features in an easy to remember and use fashion. Examples: Automatic parking. How to "park" the windshield wipers in the UP position (for snow and ice removal). The trade-off of using AUTO settings for EV/HV mode; climate control; and lighting compared with manual management. It was a patient and competent teacher.

I made an early morning appointment hoping I could get in and out but to no avail. Only one service rep checking folks in so that took extra time and the service department was busy.
