I am dealing with a possible $10K to $15K engine problem and needed the help of a patient and helpful person to share information that is honest and accurate. 10/10, A+, 5 Stars! This was one of the greatest car buying experiences I’ve had, so if you see a car you want at Right Toyota, call my sales girl Tiffany Sharp! This was an out of state purchase so it involved a lot of anxiety since I couldn’t see, smell or drive the car myself. Tiffany was so helpful with photos, videos and FaceTime and she pointed out a dent and scratches that she saw, and explained that her team could fix the dent and try to work on the door scratch. When she sent photos/videos and I wasn’t sure if there were blemishes, she took the time to go back to the car and show reflections from the sun and the light pole, even in the 108 degree temps. I had a million and one questions about the car and the process of making an out of state vehicle purchase, and she never made me feel like I was asking too much and she always answered so quickly. Tiffany is incredibly on top of it! There was a price that I needed to be at out the door and they met that number, which made the whole process easy, without the typical back and forth. That was very appreciated and I was hooked immediately as I don’t like the bartering part of car buying. Once I got there to finally see and drive the car, everything was exactly as Tiffany described and they were able to clean up the rims, get the dent out, fix a recall and help lessen the scratch. Their detailing team is also top notch and I swear I didn’t see a single piece of dirt inside! Even the finance team was great to work with and Christian and Kevin made everything smooth and fast on their end. Thank you, Tiffany & Right Toyota!

On July 25, I had an extraordinary experience with our sales rep, Mark Joseph. From the moment we arrived, Mark took us straight to the vehicle we'd found online, quickly grabbed the keys, and had us out on a test drive. The truck itself was spectacular — but what really stood out was Mark's approach. He wasn't pushy or high-pressure at all. Instead, he was accommodating, walked us through every detail of the vehicle, and made clear how simple the purchase process would be if we decided to move forward. I explained that my current vehicle was still being evaluated by my insurance company after an accident, so I might not have funds available for a couple of days. Mark simply gave us his contact information and let us go without any pressure to close the deal on the spot — something I really appreciated. After thinking it over for a few hours, I called Mark with some follow-up questions and decided to head back to the dealership that same day to talk through financing based on an upcoming down payment. Mark continued to be accommodating throughout. I also raised a concern with a few staff members about one of the tires rubbing against the front bumper, and they took it seriously, scheduling a closer look for the following week. After weighing our options, we moved forward with the purchase — and it turned out to be one of the best dealership experiences I've had. That goes for Mark, the dealership manager, and the finance representative who helped us close everything out. I was also impressed by the tablet-based technology used to sign all the paperwork. A gentleman also brought the truck around for me after having it detailed and cleaned up — spotless and ready to go. He put on the license plate frame and walked me through a few other things I needed to know about the vehicle. It was a really nice finishing touch to the whole experience. Overall, a wonderful experience. I'll definitely be back the next time I need a vehicle, and I'd recommend Mark Joseph 100% to anyone else looking for one too.
