What might have been an easy process, the younger girls had to lots of questions,,,,they insisted I need a power lift of the back gate, because they thought I was too short and it was too heavy....anyway it's getting installed next week! I rec'd a phone call early Monday morning from the service dept indicating that they would be pulling my truck in to the service bay that morning. Approx 2 hrs later I rec'd a call letting me know that my truck was ready for pickup. They were quick and thorough in diagnosing the issue. Thank you again Newberg Dodge.
