I have a 2021 Jeep Gladiator rebuild project, and Doyle has been at the center of helping me get this back on the road. I could not have asked for a better service manager or person in general to help out. He has bent over backwards finding parts and providing service, I would otherwise be stuck in limbo trying to do myself. I honestly would not take my vehicle to anyone else after meeting Doyle.

If it weren’t for Kyle, we would have never even considered this dealership. He was absolutely AMAZING, communicative, efficient, and genuinely invested in helping us. His sales manager, Gary, was equally wonderful. He was incredibly supportive and worked with us to ensure we landed on a payment that was realistic and affordable. He’s knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely looks out for his customers. Paul communicates clearly, follows through, and makes the entire service process smooth and stress-free every time. It’s rare to find that level of professionalism and consistency—he’s the reason I keep coming back. Highly recommend this dealership, especially if you’re working with Paul.

I have Auto Nation Warranty and I went to the Chevrolet where we bought our Honda CRV. They said that they didn’t have the equipment to see what the problem was . They said to go to A Honda Dealership and they can help me. When I got to Arrowhead Honda Robert told me that they can’t do free Maintenance as they don’t deal with Nation Wide. I told him why Chevy said and he checked things out and he said that’s the system sounds like it’s a battery and if I went to Chevrolet the battery would be $165 and Robert told me that their Battery was more but showed me what the warranty was and I told him that it was a better deal with Honda and said let’s do it. So he helped me with everything and is very Professional. You have a Great Service associate.

He processed my car immediately, secured a loaner and went over all the procedures policies of how this situation (recall) would work for my situation. I had two completely different service experiences recently, and the contrast couldn’t have been clearer. My experience at Toyota of Surprise was extremely disappointing. I brought my 2024 Tacoma in for recall work and to fix an issue where the truck falsely detected a trailer connected. After keeping the truck for a full day, I was told it was resolved. I didn’t even make it out of the service port before the same warning appeared again. When I went back inside, the advisor I spoke with was dismissive, said he had no context, and came off snarky and unprofessional. There was no ownership of the issue and no real effort to make it right. I ended up leaving and deciding not to return for service. In contrast, I drove a few extra miles to Larry H. Miller in Glendale — and the experience was exactly what you’d expect from a professional service department. They properly diagnosed the problem, fixed it within a day, communicated clearly throughout the process, and even provided a free loaner vehicle. The staff was respectful, transparent, and focused on resolving the issue the right way. I’ve purchased a used vehicle from Toyota of Surprise in the past and had a good experience, which makes this recent visit even more disappointing. Meanwhile, Larry H. Miller earned my trust immediately with their professionalism and follow-through. Going forward, Larry H. Miller will be my go-to dealership for service.
