I bought my last car here in 2017 and just bought a new one last weekend. I found the sales people very nice to deal with. Not overly pushy and took the time to explain in detail any questions had. I had a very specific car I wanted, the Windchill Pearl colored Prius PHEV XSE. They kept looking and drove to Anaheim to bring back the one I wanted. I love my new Prius!!! I also love the service dept and used them exclusively for my last car, except for new tires. They are always spot on in estimating the time it will take and show videos of the car while it's being serviced.

We came in with a 2025 Tacoma that we’ve only had for less than three months and wanted a bigger truck and he made sure we got exactly what we needed with our new tundra and gave us a maximum trade-in value for the Tacoma. He was also very personable, which was nice since it takes quite a long time to buy a vehicle. He patiently dealt with me with all of my negotiating and questions.

I had a great experience leasing my RAV4 from this dealership negotiating with Kenny Hotchkiss. I was able to get it at a price and terms that other dealerships couldn't match. While other dealerships were playing games with me, Kenny was straight forward and transparent about the dealer add-ons and the breakdown of the out the door price. He was able to convince the management to throw in an additional accessory to get my business. I highly recommend this dealership and have already referred friends to them. Actually, called Kenny a few days ago and asked him to look for a Prius plug-in for my wife. I don't mind the the long drive, about an hour, knowing that I'll be getting the best deal around.
