The salesman was really helpful and not pushy at all. Jay was a great young man who really knew the Camry. The only thing I was disappointed with initially was the price for my wife’s car. First pass was $4800. Told Jay we were leaving. I said while you were gone I want on Kelly Blue book and it said her car was worth $10,000 to $12000. Second pass was acceptable at $11000.

Picked up my new Honda about two weeks ago from HQ Honda. Discovered that my VIN on the dash was not readable due to, apparently, something had obscured it. Possibly something spilled when the car was being prepped. Dunno. Popped in to the service department yesterday and met with Carlos Sanchez. Mind you, I did not have an appointment and expected to be asked to make one and come back later. Carlos could not possibly have been more helpful and accommodating. He sorted out the issue while I waited. That kind of customer service will go a long way in keeping me as a happy customer.
