They were accommodating , knowledgeable, and kind. They truly helped make my experience there great. The service team was able to fix my vehicle while not just throwing parts at it. They were able to identify the real problem and provide a solution to it. The parts they DO provide are OEM, and good quality. On top of this: They have been absolutely great about honoring any warranty concerns I have. I continue to enjoy the comfortable waiting area , full restaurant, and free wifi every time I visit, as well.

I love my new Ghibli and had a fabulous experience working with Dick Ivey. I was anticipating that walking into a Maserati dealership would be intimidating (especially as I was in from out of town and traveling alone), but Dick immediately put me at ease with his kindness and genuine spirit. I appreciated the knowledge he shared about these beautiful cars in a way that I could understand. His great communication continued when a small problem came to light after the transaction closed- Dick (and the dealership) immediately worked to resolve the problem. I’m grateful that I found such a beautiful Ghibli, and especially grateful that I got to work with Dick! I will tell all of Nashville to go see Dick in Atlanta if they need a Maserati!
