Overall, happy with the service. Would have been 5 stars, however, my only complaint was the Parts Dept wouldn't match the discounted cost for 4 TPMS sensors. Originally they were charging $135 per sensor, while Chevrolet's website price was under $107 per sensor, which they did match. However, the online purchase was discounted by 20%, which would reduce the price per sensor to less than $87 each but they wouldn't match that price even though it said to pick them up at Burlington Chevrolet.

Marty was very friendly and kept me informed every step of the way on my needed repairs. He evaluated my needs and had the repairs completed in less that 5 hours. He informed me of 2 other issues that I was mot aware of BUT did not push me on the additional repairs needed that he found. I will definitely take mt Impala back to him if I can't do the needed service myself.

They had my car for four days requiring me to rent a car at a cost of 212.00. They replaced bank 2 camshaft timing sensor. On way home the engine light came on again. I took it to another dealership as I don’t believe Ciocca is capable.
