I had a really positive experience with freehold. After leaving Lakewood pinebelt Subaru I was so angry and upset. At Lakewood I was rushed, lied to my face, misled and tricked. At freehold though I had a completely opposite experience. No bait and switch or xx to deal with like at Lakewood. I did not feel rushed or pressured or strong armed. Not overpriced or fluffed with xxxxxxxx add ons and really good people. 10/10 I will return for my next vehicle. Thanks to Eugene and Tyler for their patience and helping me navigate my car buying experience and helping me chose a car I am thrilled to drive and comfortable payments. I hope to have a similar experience when I return for my next car and when I am buying a car for my son. Edit* they gave me a fair offer on my trade in and I commend them for that. Lakewood pinebelt offered me 500. I had a 3k offer from car max and matching offer from freehold without them knowing of my previous appraisals. Again I am very pleased with freehold Subaru.

I happen to live in the same neighborhood as Craig DiBella, the General Manager, and he and the service department went above and beyond to help us. Not only did they pick the vehicle up from my house, but when it was finished, they brought it back to me. Mr. DiBella even came back the next day to pick our check up to pay them. We did not purchase our 2025 Lincoln Nautilus R3 Hybrid from Miller, our local dealer, as we found the exact vehicle we wanted available much quicker online in Flint Michigan. However, Miller's sales & finance staff were very accomodating and understanding when we informed them of our decision to not purchase from them. Miller refunded our deposit without hesitation. They also tried very hard to match ESP quotes we received online, but could not compete with our final ESP quote online from Granger. We are glad that Miller has such a great reputation, since we plan to use Miller for ALL of our servicing needs for the next 10 years. It was just down to Miller not being able to compete with online sales quotes and availability. We would have preferred to purchase our 2025 Nautilus and ESP from Miller, but the difference was several thousand dollars and several months until delivery. Oh well. Thanks to Mike Kowalski & Tom Murphy & Mike Yowell for your great assistance!

Ahmed the Sales Rep and Nick the Sales Manager were more than understanding and accommodating regarding my specific situation. They were transparent and willing to work with me in ways most dealerships just won’t. Do yourself a favor and check out this dealership for any cars they have you’re interested in.
