after having service done on my wife's Honda passport-which took longer than expected and I was stuck waiting five hours-the service dept went out of their way to rectify the situation. Carlo Realmuto, the service director was outstanding in getting my concerns taken care of. After such personalized service I decided to bring my Honda Ridgeline to north shore Honda for an issue that the dealership where I bought the vehicle had been giving me a run around. I called ahead to Carlo who assured me they could fix my Ridgeline quickly and that I should bring it right in. I arrived on a Friday afternoon and the technician had my vehicle fixed and out the door in less than an hour! all at no cost to me- even though my original dealer said I would have to pay a 'diagnostic fee'. I was starting to believe that this type of service no longer existed. a big THANK YOU to north shore Honda and especially to CARLO REALMUTO.

We couldn’t have asked for a better car better service or a better deal. The fact that there’s a Toyota dealership on the same floor, made it so much easier to understand how big of a benefit it is to go with Lexus, while keeping reliability of Toyota. Beginning in October 2024, the audio in our brand new Ford Escape PHEV purchased at Empire Ford in Huntington began working only intermittently. After three trips to that shop in which they had the car for a total of about five weeks, they did not repair it, even though each time we picked it up we were told it was fixed. Then the Navigation Fault showed up. I called Ford corporate. Tech there said take it to a different shop. Best advice ever. Steve understood the problem, the audio was fixed with updates in one visit, and the navigation fixed the next week. As I waited, Steve kept me (as well as everyone else waiting) frequently updated on progress. He is a consummate professional and has a great tech team working with him. Steve will be in charge of all our future maintenance work.
