Definitely would’ve purchased from him but factors on my end hindered my process. Would definitely recommend anyone in the market to give this young man a shout. I got an oil change yesterday. I had gone to an independent company and it was far too expensive! I was pleasantly surprised that Toyota of Richardson was much cheaper. It took a good while, but it was well worth the wait. The staff was very gracious and everything went very smoothly.

Jay was easy to work with, not pushy, gave honest information about the vehicle (Mach - E) and was clear about all the options, the importance of the difference in the options compared to what we were looking for and explained the financing/leasing options in a fair way. Jay communicated constantly when I had questions but did not flood my box with emails or calls when I left the dealership, I reached back out to him and he made purchasing the vehicle easy!

Fidel Martínez is a fine salesman. He's patient, emlathetic—and persistent! My only complaint about Kia of Round Rock is that they declined to transfer the specialty plates from our old car to the new one. The result will be a lot of unnecessary paperwork and a long delay while we wait for the DMV to send new plates to the dealer, which I will then have to take to the DMV (or maybe it's the county tax assessor-collector) to swap them for the specialty plates.
