All was good except when we had to wait a very long time to get all the paperwork done when we had an app’t & still had to wait (not Ricky’s fault) because someone else was waiting on bank approval or whatever - I would think the manager’s could work on more than one deal at a time. Everything else was very good.

Our salesman, Tamarcus Miles, proactively reached out to associated dealers and swiftly found the exact vehicle we were seeking, minimizing any delays. The aftermarket parts department promptly provided us with a quick and fair quote, and all our accessories are currently being installed. Ryan Walker in the Finance department efficiently processed our paperwork, negotiated a fair deal on our trade-in, and secured the extended warranty we were hoping for. My well-loved sedan died recently, so I bought a 2026 Accord Hybrid here. I was taken care of by Baige in sales who nobly dealt with my various kinds of indecisiveness. And that of the village I brought along. Yes, there was your typical pointed sales tactics, but just what's pretty typical for the industry. I came prepared with my spreadsheet and comparisons and while I don't think I got out with a true deal, I'm satisfied and would be happy to go back. I mean, it's a Honda, so it'll be a while Lord willing, but the thought's there.
