Kyle walked us through the process and sat with us in the car setting everything up. I feel confident that if I have an issue, Kyle will help us resolve it. Also, when we came in to do the paperwork, John was so organized and efficient. We couldn't believe how quick the paperwork went. This was our first purchase from Grinwald. Very satisfied so far! We did not meet John Grinwald, that is why he got a "1". I know that Kyle and John have worked at Grinwald for a long time. That tells me that the owners must also deserve 5 stars!

Nathan was awesome! I live in Grand Rapids, Michigan and wanted to buy a truck from Lake Ford Milwaukee. So, the logical thing was to take a ferry across Lake Michigan. They were super accommodating, picking me up 20 minutes away and taking me to Lake Ford where I bought the truck I'd been looking for. The truck was exactly as described. It went through their inspection, and they found it needed some brakes, which they took care of, and they even put in a new battery. These guys were really nice, paid attention to detail, and made my experience super easy.

I had a great experience purchasing my Hybrid Ford Maverick. Justin, our sales associate, was relaxed and knowledgeable. Everyone there was helpful during our purchasing experience. My Maverick runs great - I am getting mileage 45-50 mpg (I am a conservative driver). Even though this was a used vehicle, it is in like new condition. This truck is a great option for a short person, low enough you can still climb in but taller than my matrix so visibility is greatly improved. Lots of storage, and options available in the market place and thru the dealer for personalization. Feels solid on the road. I love that the rear windows open completely and there are plenty of airbags for safety.
