Upon arrival, I was sent to see Reynaldo Caraballo (Ray) in Customer Service. He did inform me that the piece was defective, and they needed to get a new one. I did comeback a 2nd time and Ray did welcome me in a very friendly manner and took care of the car without waiting and the recall was resolve.
