Beginning in October 2024, the audio in our brand new Ford Escape PHEV purchased at Empire Ford in Huntington began working only intermittently. After three trips to that shop in which they had the car for a total of about five weeks, they did not repair it, even though each time we picked it up we were told it was fixed. Then the Navigation Fault showed up. I called Ford corporate. Tech there said take it to a different shop. Best advice ever. Steve understood the problem, the audio was fixed with updates in one visit, and the navigation fixed the next week. As I waited, Steve kept me (as well as everyone else waiting) frequently updated on progress. He is a consummate professional and has a great tech team working with him. Steve will be in charge of all our future maintenance work.

Matt and Kyle in Finance are very good at their job. All of the great team in the service department seem to be very honest, and forthright. I have always brought my trucks back for general maintenance and warranty repairs. Truck has always been returned to me in great shape. I feel that they respect my time, and my property. I recently tried the mobile service van. Where has this been all of my life?!? It was so convenient. I had called to have a recall done, and I spoke to Candace in the scheduling department. she said that they could come right to my house and do it in the driveway if I wanted. It was done by 11:00 the next morning, and I didn't even have to leave the house. WONDERFUL!! Keep up the great work to Dave smith Ford and team.
