Brought my mazda in for recommended service. - heambrya

Brought my mazda in for recommended service. Full circle inspection revealed the need for brakes, and an issue with the front axel. The inspection video was thorough with showing everything, and the advisor I spoke with helped set up an appointment for the next day, as well as a courtesy vehicle right then so I wouldn't have to make another trip. They accept Affirm credit cards which is great for paying for the brake job, and the axel repair was under warranty. there was also another issue with a wheel bearing that was found while replacing the axel, and they went ahead and fixed that too which was amazing. Great service with thoughtful people. Definitely continually makes me glad I chose Mazda, and happy to have such a good service center near me.

I had gone in there this past weekend and went to look at - Matthew

I had gone in there this past weekend and went to look at the new Outback. I was met immediately as I had walked in and was shown a new Outback to test drive fairly quickly. I didn't end up purchasing the vehicle as Im just beginning my search but if I do decide to go with Subaru I will definitely be purchasing from Amherst Subaru. The main reason was that I didnt feel pressured to say yes right then and there and everyone on staff was friendly.

I needed a front bracket for my car and was told to - Lydia

I needed a front bracket for my car and was told to contact a Mazda dealership for the part. I was also SEVERELY warned by my brothers about dealership in general and to be on guard... To make a long story short 495 Mazda treated me like a family member, they did NOT hustle me at all. They even installed the part for FREE. I ended up asking them to do an inspection and everything else. My brothers were very shocked when I told them about my experience, They said "that's a miracle" 495 Mazda are good people, highly recommend.

We have nothing but high praise for Ron Bouchards Auto - John Lawson

We have nothing but high praise for Ron Bouchards Auto Stores KIA Dealership in Lancaster Massachusetts. Our Sales Associate ( Zachary Myles ) had the 2026 KIA Sportage Prestige ready for a test drive when we arrived on Saturday morning. Zachary was very knowledgeable about showing us all of the newest technology integrated into the 2026 Sportage, and made it very pleasant to listen to him. After my wife and I got back from our test drive, we sat down with Zachary to work the numbers at which time we were introduced to the General Sales Manager ( Chris Bakas ) to work his magic. So we purchased the 2026 Sportage with Very good financing terms and will pick it up in the middle of the week. Zachary and Chris really made the new automobile shopping and purchasing experience an enjoyable experience. This is the sixth vehicle we have purchased from one of the Ron Bouchard's Auto Stores in the last 26 years. This sales team are truly the best that my wife and I have ever dealt with. Success emanates from their attentiveness to the customer experience and they are Impeccable!!! Highest Regards, John and Jean L.

What a true blessing, I am forever grateful for the - mikerub84

What a true blessing, I am forever grateful for the contributing efforts of Danna Mejia! She truly went above and beyond, so much was gained, and accomplished. I wanted to acknowledge and recognize as I had a truly one of a kind honorable experience. I felt that everything was under control. She listened, effectively, proactively, was able to accommodate any price concerns, and she met my budget. Very transparent and I was able to leave with my car the Very Same night!!! So efficient she Truly wowed me In more ways than one. They even managed to power wash/steam the initial carpets inside the vehicle. What a beautiful touch for this glowing experience, job well done Look no further and don’t settle for less, Danna and Jose are truly Committed to consumer satisfaction above and beyond that, the Finance manager was phenomenal. He was able to LOCK in a lower than average floor rate for a preowned car. Thanks to his very unique comprehensive approach the aftermath was a very deeply satisfied customer experience. Geoffrey Garden made a very solid effective presentation to ensure the car was being protected with essential supplemental warranty since it was a as is purchase. He definitely possesses unmatched level of expertise. Bottom line, this is the DREAM team, 10 stars all around, where dreams become reality. They truly thrive on impactful and meaningful outcomes. I can highly commend with deep satisfaction, I’m so happy I drove from Massachusetts as they truly earned my business. Job well done. Thank you!

Just made my first purchase with the team at Contemporary - Matt H.

Just made my first purchase with the team at Contemporary Automotive, it was a great experience all around. I wasn’t in a rush to replace my car, so I took a lot of time (months) to find the right vehicle. Brandon C. was awesome through it all, he would send options that he thought would fit my budget and plan, I test drove a bunch of different vehicles, there was never any pressure to buy. The team was always very friendly and answered any questions that came up. The sales manager Steve S. was also awesome to deal with, he worked to find options in my budget, answered questions I had about warranties, and other options, again never any pressure to buy, gave me a great price for my trade in. Jay in the finance office was great as well, explained all our options for protection plans and again never pressured me or tried to fit me into what they wanted to sell, just gave me clear complete information and let me decide for myself. I would highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for a new vehicle, I’m glad I did.

Had a great experience working with methuen CDJR, I - OLIVIACBURKE

Had a great experience working with methuen CDJR, I needed a new car because my car was totaled in a car accident and they were super helpful throughout the journey and extremely patient with me while I was dealing with issues with the insurance claim. They also stayed late to meet me and were available over text/phone call for any questions or concerns I had. They also delivered the car to me since I had no ride to the dealership and they didn’t want me to have to pay for an uber. Highly recommend

Tony and his team provided a no pressure buying - Bill

Tony and his team provided a no pressure buying experience. Numbers were easy to understand and changes were gracefully updated. This is my first Chevy and I would not only recommend the product, but the dealership. The finance manager was polite and like the rest of the process, no pressure. Just provided me and my wife with options. Thank you again to Tony and his team!!!!!!
