The financing which was my most worrisome portion of the purchase was no pressure and very smooth. My situation was complicated and I want to explain it because I think it matters. I was going through a divorce, the car we had was in both names, and I needed to get out of it and into something that was only mine before the finalization. I called three places and two of them basically glazed over when I started explaining. The woman I spoke with here, Marisela in finance, had clearly dealt with this before. She told me exactly what paperwork I'd need, what my ex would have to sign, and what the timeline would look like if he dragged his feet, which he did. She didn't pretend it would be easy. I ended up coming in four separate times over about six weeks. Not once did anyone make me feel like I was wasting their time, even though I'm sure a normal customer would have been done in one visit. The car itself is a used Encore GX, nothing exciting, and the payment landed right where I needed it to be. There was a mixup with the insurance binder on delivery day that pushed everything back a couple hours and I'll admit I cried in the parking lot, but that was about my life, not about them. They sorted it out. First car that's only mine since I was 22. Thank you.
