I brought my CRV here for a recall issue. - Sbhammer

I brought my CRV here for a recall issue. The dealership offered me many choices for times to get serviced! I appreciate the video they send about my service. The people were helpful, polite, and caring. I was happy they could accommodate me even though I have never brought my car there for service. I was treated better than the dealership I bought the car from as they expected me to wait over 2 weeks for an appointment! Thank you Piazza Honda of Springfield! I will recommend you!

We purchased a 2018 KIA Stinger through a private seller. - MikeD.

We purchased a 2018 KIA Stinger through a private seller. We were looking for a local reliable Dealership for continued service and maintenance. Bergey’s KIA helped initially with providing an inspection review, made recommendations on the most pertinent concerns, and addressed the needed issues in a very timely manner. A month later warning signals appeared on the dashboard. We contacted Bergey’s KIA for assistance and were able to schedule a service appointment within days. They identified the vehicle warnings and made the appropriate adjustments within a few hours. The Service Professionals are extremely responsive and very accommodating. We are very pleased and grateful for their expertise!
