I have been bringing my older Subaru Forester to Herb Gordon for service the last 5 years or so. 100% satisfied, and knew that when it was time to buy a new one, I would come here instead of the previous dealer where I bought my Forester. July 4th I made an appointment to meet with Mo (Muhammed Zeidan) to test drive a 2025 Forester, Outback, and Crosstrek. All were fabulous, and I opted for the Crosstrek. Mo was very helpful, knowledgeable, and a real pleasure to work with. My choice of color wasn't in stock, but there was one at another dealership - Mo arranged for it to be transferred to Silver Spring the next morning. July 5th I arrived to make my final approval, arranged financing, and drive off with my wonderful new car. Shawn in Finance was great to work with. I appreciated his thoroughness and he was very cordial. At no time did I feel pressured or taken advantage of. All my questions were answered. All my concerns were addressed with care and kindness. This is by far the best car-buying experience of my very long life. I've already mentioned that I am familiar with their service department, and will continue to enjoy the best care for my new car. From start to finish, everything about this transaction was a very satisfying experience.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience at Jim Coleman. They were polite and easy to deal with. Luis Cortes showed me quite a few Rav 4’s but they didn’t have a silver one so he drove 60 miles to another dealership to get me the car I wanted. Even weeks after when I had some questions, they were very helpful. I drove from Harford County to Bethesda to buy my car and it was worth it.

I highly recommend freds executive auto for your car shopping. My brother bought a car from here and him and his family have been customers here for over 10 years! I was shopping for a car for about 3 months with no luck, finding the right car was difficult but my brother recommend for me to come to friends. When I called and spoke to the manager I knew I was going to buy my car here by how welcoming and helpful these people were. It took them less then a week to find the car I wanted. Thanks fred and to the owner. If I could've found this place earlier it wouldn't made it way easier for me!

The next morning, I got a call from Said Hashemi, and right away, he made the process feel effortless. He had already pulled the car out for me and even recorded a full video tour, walking me through every detail like he was right there with me. Since I live two hours away, he promised to be my eyes and ears, making sure everything was right. That level of care really stood out, and honestly, the car looked even better than I expected. That day was crazy busy for me, but Said was on top of everything—answering my questions, checking on my concerns, and keeping me updated. The second I wrapped up a client, he had my answers ready, which made the back-and-forth super easy. By midday, I knew this was the car for me, and even though I was crunched for time, he told me to come pick it up and assured me we'd get everything handled quickly. When I arrived, I took the car for a drive, and wow—it was even better on the road than it looked in the video. But I only had three hours before I had to be back in Baltimore, and time was tight. This is where Said and Mohammad in finance really stepped up. My main concern was my monthly payment, and Mohammad worked with me until we found something that made sense for my budget. And then—something I’ve never experienced at a dealership—Mohammad promised to have me out in 30 minutes, and guess what? He did it! In less than an hour, I was on my way home with my dream car, no stress, no hassle. The whole process was smooth, quick, and honestly enjoyable.
