Overall fantastic experience! - jmattarella59

Overall fantastic experience! Friendly and helpful staff. The facility was spotless and the waiting area had the best coffee and snacks! Our salesperson, Roger Tauck, was welcoming, knowledgeable, informative and accommodating from the minute we walked in, until the day of delivery. He was extremely helpful in explaining all of the functions of the interior controls of our Nautilus and made sure we were comfortable before we left the showroom. I would highly recommend Crest Lincoln and our salesperson, Roger Tauck to anyone looking for an informative, friendly and helpful experience in buying a Lincoln.

I had an awesome experience at the service department, all thanks to my service advisor, Xaire! From the second I pulled up; she was super welcoming and completely upfront about everything. Xaire kept me in the loop the entire time and made the whole process totally stress-free. It's so rare to find customer service this genuine and efficient. I'm definitely coming back for all my future maintenance—ask for Xaire if you come by!

I am currently in the market for a used car. - samfamily13

I am currently in the market for a used car. My search parameters are quite specific and I recently found what I was looking for at Suburban Mazda of Troy. Given that I am an out-of-state buyer, I needed KaRon to be my eyes on the ground. After multiple text, phone, and email inquiries KaRon was able to satisfy all my questions in a timely manner. Sadly, in the end we were not able to settle on the terms of the sale. Nevertheless, that does not diminish the great service I received from KaRon. With many thanks!
