I was in the hunt for a particular used car that is pretty famous and hard to get in America. I found it listed online, only about 5 or 6 in the color and year I wanted. I called multiple dealers to see if any of their online listings were still around and thankfully spoke with Brian Lagodna about the relatively low-mileage model of the car they had in stock. I agreed I was interested, and I was able to get second on the list (as a buyer was thinking about getting it), but when the buyer decided not to get it, I got a call from Brian that same day and was able to become the buyer! I went down a few days later that week and had a quick meeting with Brian to get the car. He let us go for a quick test drive, let me work on getting my insurance to include it, and was even so nice that he filled the car with the 93 octane gas and had a local paint store person make some of the rare paint needed to help if I ever have gravel/rocks or anything make a mark. Ryan O'Neill was very helpful and nice to talk to (funny guy!) about the financial side of the purchase. He had emailed me the document showing the cost and breakdown the day before, so we were all set and ready to go quickly. He happens to be a great musician/singer as well (and to be clear, he didn't start the convo, I was just asking him stuff and found out about it all based on my own curiosity!) He let me look up his YouTube and showed me just how good he is - and Brian commented that he was as well, including noting that his songs sometimes come on the radio in town. Long story short, if you see that he has a performance with either of his bands, I encourage you to go, and I may get the chance to drive over to one of the places he performs this year - he was that good! Glad to have ended up as the deal did. If I were in the hunt for a vehicle again and had to look a bit of distance, I would be glad and happy if it ended up in the hands of Brian and Ryan at Suburban Ford of Troy. Nice guys, a solid deal, and I'm excited about the vehicle I bought. Good luck if you're on the hunt for a used or new car!

The only place I’ll shop for a used car. The best experience I’ve had over every other dealer. I purchased my Chevy Trax from them 6 years ago and never had a single issue. Due to a couple accidents on my end I needed a newer vehicle and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. They treat you like family here. They understand budget concerns, and work with you to find the most reliable vehicle for you. They helped me with financing and include the BEST warranty’s for peace of mind. In a world where finding a trust worthy used vehicle and dealer can be a headache. Car Dome makes it a relaxing and even fun process. Gus was extremely helpful and communicated very promptly the entire time. He treated me like a customer in need rather than just a sale. I’ll be buying my cars here for decades to come, and can’t speak highly enough of their customer service and service department work.

This is my fifth vehicle purchase from Hines Park Ford and they have always been great to work with. Hines Park even managed to win over my wife on her purchase and that was not an easy task given her previous poor experiences at other dealers. I don't know if I'm supposed to name drop in this review but Constantin, my salesperson is truly a credit to the car sales / automotive industry. His knowledge of the vehicles he's selling goes well beyond the normal basic information you get as an industry norm from car sales people. I realize I may be different than the average car buyer in the amount of research I do on vehicles prior to ever setting foot in the dealership to look at one in person which makes it all the more refreshing to speak with someone who has done his research and can contribute more to my decision making process than the basic taking a copy of my license, handing me the keys for a test drive and asking me "how did it drive" when I get back. Hines Park Ford has earned my business because their sales approach goes beyond the aesthetics of the car or truck, I don't need a car salesman to tell me how good the GTD or the Darkhorse Mustang are, I think the cars tell the story for themselves. What I do need to know is that my F350 can pull my 17,000lbs trailer, the type of range I can expect to get, and what my options are to fit my specific needs in a vehicle, whether those needs require factory options or aftermarket options and assist me in completing the upfit of my truck. Thank you Hines Park for going above and beyond to assist me with my vehicle needs!

They had our new car ready to drive way, completely shiny clean inside and out, topped off with gas along with 2 free oil changes and tire rotations.
