Evelyn, our sales person, was excellent! She was personable, knowledgeable, respectful. She was very professional and not pushy. Before coming to the dealership to meet her and drive the used vehicle, her email correspondence was just the right balance of what we needed to hear and she gave details we rarely saw from other car dealers. The only negative was with the financial department, which took too long and insensitive to my health condition.

My truck buying journey started at another Toyota dealer but they were very unwelcoming and unwilling to work with me on finding the right truck. This led me to Toyota of Gladstone where I was very nicely met by Lina. Lina crushed it out of the ball park with everything from information on the trucks, test driving and making sure the whole process went smoothly. The deal was done and Lina did great, the manager was great and the finance person was great. All friendly, knowledgeable and wanting to work for you not against you. I would highly recommend!

It's very nice not having to deal with a separate finance person, been there done that! She was very knowledgeable about the inventory and took me and my friend on a tour of the difference models I was interested in purchasing. I decided what I wanted and it wasn't on their lot, but after doing all of the negotiating, and signing, she said she would have the vehicle I wanted the next day! I rec'd a phone call early Monday morning from the service dept indicating that they would be pulling my truck in to the service bay that morning. Approx 2 hrs later I rec'd a call letting me know that my truck was ready for pickup. They were quick and thorough in diagnosing the issue. Thank you again Newberg Dodge.
