I had a great experience at Honda of Aventura from start - Good fellows

I had a great experience at Honda of Aventura from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle without making me feel pressured. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The dealership was clean, organized, and everyone I interacted with was courteous and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the transparency and excellent customer service throughout the experience. If you're looking for a dealership that values its customers and makes buying a car enjoyable, I highly recommend Honda of Aventura. I'll definitely be back for future purchases and service!

Even though you give Veterans a discount off all services - Bob

Even though you give Veterans a discount off all services your prices are still to high. Charging me over $2,020 to fix a power steering problem is ridiculous. I have owned many cars in my life and never had power steering problems with any of them.

Exceptional experience with Service Advisor Richard Im - mahemo15

Exceptional experience with Service Advisor Richard Im during my recent visit at Pompano Honda! I was facing a persistent sensor issue with my vehicle. Richard showed admirable persistence and diagnostic skills, not stopping until he found the root cause: an incorrect tire size previously installed by another shop. What truly sets Richard apart is his incredible commitment to customer satisfaction. His proactive approach and dedication to excellence were fully demonstrated when he professionally contacted the other shop to address the mistake using Honda’s technical backing. Furthermore, he quickly arranged a courtesy vehicle so I could continue working without any disruption. His honesty, kindness, and technical precision represent the highest standard of excellence. I highly recommend Richard Im at Pompano Honda; he is, without a doubt, the best advisor who has ever assisted me. Highly recommended

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with - terrence.koranda

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Nick Cruz at Honda of Port Richey! I was in a real jam and needed four new tires installed quickly before heading out of town the very next day. Nick was incredibly informative, friendly, and transparent from start to finish. He gave me a very reasonable quote on four OEM Honda Accord tires, but there was one hitch: they only had three in stock at the dealership. Instead of turning me away or telling me to wait, Nick and the team went above and beyond. They literally sent an employee all the way to Brandon to pick up that fourth tire so I could get everything installed and hit the road the same day. That level of dedicated, top-notch customer service is a rarity these days. If you need service done right, ask for Nick. Thanks, Nick!

John did a great job in helping us pick out our new car. - frissora

Honda of Sarasota ended up making it right after starting - j.ak

Honda of Sarasota ended up making it right after starting on the wrong foot! This review is about people; specifically Tyler and Kaleb, but also Brie, Kevin, and Einar, the team of five who diligently worked to make a bad situation right. They should be commended and elevated as good examples in an industry that has a bad reputation and breeds mistrust. Honda of Sarasota advertised online a specific Honda Civic as a lease that was very specific and exactly what we wanted. We had several points of contact but made it abundantly clear that the exact car they were advertising with those exact conditions was what we wanted, nothing more and nothing less, and we had no time to waste. We made an appointment, went, and it didn’t go well. My husband and I walked out and wasted two hours of our time when we made it clear ahead of time that we had no time to waste. We were not shopping; we wanted exactly what they advertised. Completely disappointed and feeling like we were tricked,Tyler we wrote an email and review about our disappointment. Tyler and Kaleb reached out to apologize, explain, and to “make it right”. Long story short, the five above kept their word and made it more than right! We are now happy to recommend this amazing team of five who worked diligently to keep their word. To their managers and directors at Honda: These five employees are to be commended and used as great examples of teamwork, real customer service, and professionalism. Do not let this lesson go to waste. Thank you again to Tyler, Kaleb, Brie, Kevin, and Einar. Sent on Oct 23, 20026 to Google.

Buying a car is something many people genuinely dread - Flora

Buying a car is something many people genuinely dread because of the pressure and stereotypes that often come with the experience. Walking into a dealership can feel intimidating—but Zach at Holler Honda completely changed that for me. From the moment I met him, Zach was patient, informative, honest, and genuinely focused on helping me make the right decision for me. He answered every question thoroughly, never rushed me, and never made me feel pressured in any way. Instead of feeling like I was being “sold” a car, I felt like I had a trusted guide helping me through the process. Zach is everything people wish a car salesperson would be—and the complete opposite of the stereotype that gives dealerships a bad reputation. If every salesperson were like him, I truly believe far more people would feel excited, rather than anxious, about walking into a dealership. His professionalism, integrity, kindness, and genuine care made what is usually a stressful experience enjoyable and memorable. Holler Honda is incredibly fortunate to have someone like Zach representing their dealership. He is a tremendous asset to the team, and because of him, I drove away not only with a car I absolutely love, but with complete confidence that I had made the right decision. Thank you, Zach, for making this one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I will happily recommend you to anyone looking for a vehicle at Holler Honda.

I recently leased a twenty twenty six passport from - OLB1972

I recently leased a twenty twenty six passport from venice honda. The experience was terrific. Mike, the salesman was excellent at his job.He explained each car I was looking at in a professional manner. And he was easy to like. Tom, the manager actually came out and sat at a table and talked to us, there wasn't any of that back-and-forth negotiations from behind closed doors. He gave me some options, explained all the options. And we came to a decision very easily. It was an enjoyable experience. Ask for Mike.
