Everyone was not just kind but personable and detail oriented. It took many hours to complete the transaction, but John did not rush. The guy in finance (name starts with a B) was very pushy and he got upset when I declined additional warranty coverage. Also, I agreed to a monthly payment amount before going to finance and when I got to finance he had a different amount. I refused it so he went back to the originally agreed upon amount.
