I had a very disappointing experience working with Mike, the finance manager at Kia, when I leased two vehicles. What should have been an exciting and straightforward process turned into a frustrating and uncomfortable situation.
From the start, communication was poor and I felt like I wasn’t being treated with honesty or respect. Important details were either glossed over or not clearly explained, and I had to repeatedly ask for clarification on basic terms. Instead of being helpful, Mike came across as dismissive and more focused on pushing paperwork through than making sure I understood what I was signing.
Leasing one vehicle is a big decision—leasing two should come with even more care and professionalism. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. I left feeling taken advantage of rather than valued as a customer.
I would strongly recommend that anyone working with this dealership double-check everything and consider asking for a different finance manager. This experience definitely left a bad impression.
