I have been going to this dealership for over 15 years and became friendly and trusted my service person., Matt T. He passed away unexpectedly just the week prior. I was a little nervous having to deal with another representative but he was very friendly and made sure nothing was missed, explained all service…work was done in a timely manner and he was promoted from the actual garage and repair shop to service.. so he is very familiar with what was needed. It turns out he and Matt were friends. Although we both miss Matt. I am happy to see promotion from within and employees that treat each other like family.

I was referred to Gus (Mikedis) by a friend, and he has helped me throughout the entire process. There was never a sense of urgency, and Gus remained professional during the entire process. He kept me updated real-time and gave me heads-up on what to prepare for in the future. Prior to this purchase, I've despised working with car salesmen (due to the stereotypes that exist within that industry), but this has definitely shed some new, positive light on the entire experience.
