From the complimentary snacks and drinks, to the people checking in and seeing if I need anything while I’m waiting- I could not be happier with my experience. We came in for the live market price and when we talked to the manager, he was trying to input extra charges for things we didn’t want. If there are after market add ins, then the live market price should reflect those costs, otherwise it comes off as false advertising. We had a very negative experience with the Waukesha location which led to the whole process taking from 9am - 5pm.
