We had a great experience with Lucy when we bought our Honda Accord. She was very kind, informative and knowledgeable. Not to mention we walked in at closing time (unbeknownst to us) and we were greeted with a smile and eagerness to help us. It wasn’t until we were back from the test drive and doing the paperwork that we asked what time they closed and she told us 8pm. At this time it was already after 9pm. We told her that we would come back the next day and finish it and she insisted it was fine. We felt so bad keeping her(and everyone) late, but she kept reassuring us that it was totally fine and made us feel very comfortable and not rushed. This is our fifth car we’ve bought from Space Coast Honda and I can honestly say it’s been a pleasure to work with them every time. Thank you!!

Everyone was not just kind but personable and detail oriented. They checked every box I had and I was able to get the exact car I wanted for a great price with the bonus of absolutely amazing service. I do not typically write reviews of other places than restaurants, because I am a chef/restaurant owner, and that is my passion, but when a company and a member of a staff go out of there way to help me, make things right, and provide exemplary service, I feel compelled to write a review to give kudos for their thoughtful help! This happened in my experience with Pompano Honda and specifically with one of there sales team, Tyson. Who went above and beyond, with exemplary service, care, attention to detail and follow-up, that is rare in this day and age. This happened on an occasion, that is very stressful, takes a leap of faith and was a large purchase order, buying a car site unseen, then shipping it to across the country, from Florida to California. Tyson was extremely helpful in the initial sale of the used Jeep that I purchased, providing me all the information that I needed to make the purchase of a vehicle I had only seen in pictures. He then helped me with the shipping of the Jeep the paperwork I needed to register the vehicle in my state and even called me when the Jeep arrived in California. Already great service, tremendous help, but here is where it goes further. When the Jeep arrived, I found that it had a very small radiator leak, that had unfortunately slipped past the vehicle inspection. it was so small, that I understand how it happened. When I informed Tyson of the issue, even though used cars sold and purchased are sold as-is, without a warranty, Tyson, alleviated my concerns immediately, by letting me know that he would take care of the issue, would go to his manager, to resolve the issue and he would get back to me by the next morning. True to his world, he gave me a call the next morning and told me to take the Jeep to a mechanic and the dealership would send a check for the repairs. I was so relieved that Pompano Honda stood behind a sale they did not have to and that Tyson, followed up after the sale and made sure, that I and my vehicle were taken care of in a stressful situation. I took the Jeep in the next day and had the radiator replaced, true to his word and Pompano Honda’s management, a check was issued, sent out, paid in full! Thank you Tyson, and Pompano Honda for standing behind an issue with a sale you were not obliged to stand behind, resolving the issue quickly, fairly and completely. Truly, if you need to go to a dealership and salesperson, who will supply you a great car, at a fair price and if there is an issue, will stand behind the sale, if there is an issue, go to see Tyson at Pompano Honda, you will happy and satisfied that you did!

I was in a fact-finding mode. I wanted a crossover hybrid. I have driven a plug in RAV4 and traditional CRV but not the hybrid. These are the highest rated hybrids on Consumer Reports. I read reviews on google and contacted Abigail Halliday directly based on her reviews. My intent was to purchase a car when I return in late September. I absolutely loved the drive and CR-V's hybrid performance and safety features. Then CJ Lewis came and basically gave me a deal I couldn't refuse. I traded in my 2003 Mercury Sable with 99,000 miles in perfect condition. The reason I got rid of it is the CR-V's safety features. I'm in my early 70's and want the emergency braking, object warning, back up camera, lane control, proximity warning - list goes on. This is now my primary and soon to be only car. I also forgot to mention it is extremely comfortable. Great experience with Autonation. Everyone professional and friendly.
