Mr. Regis Larkin started just 3 weeks ago at this dealership as its new service manager. He exemplified what a top-notch service professional is and what a true customer-first experience ought to be. I had issues with my TPMS sensors immediately after routine maintenance. He was genuinely attentive and recognized the problem, as I complained about why it was not identified during the inspection. He arranged for corrective measures that included additional evaluation beyond the scope of a normal routine maintenance job. He arranged for me a loaner car, a full replacement of two TPMS sensors, and a host of diagnostic steps for the main sensor unit. I thought it would take more than a day to identify the problem with the volume of analysis they were doing. On my way home, he called and advised me that my vehicle is ready for pick-up. I can't come back on the same day, as I'll be out of state for a few days. He was very polite, reassuring me that I didn't have to rush to bring back the loaner car. They took care of everything, and I did not pay for any of the extra services or replacement parts. My vehicle is now running smoothly, and most importantly, I feel safe.
