It’s been just over a week since I found my beautiful Jeep Compass at Klaben CJDR in Kent. I had such a positive experience at the dealership! Faith was an absolute pleasure to work with, and she was so friendly and helpful - especially when it came time to switch over my insurance! Could’ve been a disaster with my lack of cell service in the store, but she handled it like a pro. I couldn't be happier - the vehicle itself makes me smile every day when I get in it. Faith has already followed up (as she promised) to make sure everything is going well. Also, Greg’s enthusiasm and excitement for me felt so genuine, and he managed to turn the chore of document signing into an enjoyable experience! Great staff, relaxed atmosphere, no pressure. Our sales agent was very knowledgeable and friendly. The finance rep was the same as our sales rep. She explained everything in laymen's terms and was easy to understand. We never felt "Pushed" into making "spur of the moment" decisions. All in all, it was a great experience. We highly recommend Lexus of Akron/ Canton to everyone.

Just leased a 2026 Tonale Veloce from Alfa Romeo of Strongsville and had a genuinely good experience working with Doug. I originally came in on a different Tonale, but ventilated seats were a must-have for me, and Doug knew the lineup well enough to steer me to the Veloce package that actually has them. We went back and forth on numbers over a few days and Doug stayed patient, responsive, and never pushy — we landed on a deal that worked for both sides, and signing was quick and painless. The Verde Monza green is a stunner in person. If you’re shopping Alfa in the Cleveland area, ask for Doug.
