As soon as we pulled into the Dealership I was impressed with how clean the cars and the facility where! We where greeted by a gentleman who had the most contagious smile and was extremely helpful right off the bat! Richard was probably one of the most honest salesman I have ever met. My husband passed away two years ago and he was the one who did all of our car buying in the past. So this was my first time buying on my own. I had some worries because of being my age and a woman that Dealerships would take advantage of me but not Richard. He took the time to go over all of my options and even explained everything in clear detail. Very respectful young man! I highly recommend if you are in the market for a new automobile then you must go see Richard at Peach State Motors! I absolutely love the deal I received on my beloved 2019 Subaru Outback and I will be back when it's time to trade!

Have used Porsche Perimeter Atlanta many times for my auto needs and would continue to do so I think. While like any business they sometimes fall a little short of the mark (forgetting to charge our EV prior to pickup after recall service); they have some of the best communication with the customer I have seen and really do seem to care on how they present themselves and the Porsche brand. After mentioned my two concerns with my recent service as usual and expected I was promptly contacted by my service advisor and customer relations supervisor who listened to my concerns, suggestions, and answered all of my questions to resolution and satisfactory resolution to all parties. Not all dealers seek to go this far to present a professional service and staff is as engaging and easy to work with. Only reason for the 4 stars is the lack of charging and delay in returning the car for an internal issues that they failed to communciate that ultimately resulted in a 4 day additional delay in getting our vehicle back. But appreciated the extention of the loaner which made it a bit more palatable. :)
