I couldn’t be happier with my new vehicle and the - sdstroud5

I couldn’t be happier with my new vehicle and the experience I had at Mercedes-Benz of Alpharetta! Lori was absolutely wonderful and made the entire process smooth, efficient, and enjoyable. This was not your typical car-buying experience! I called the dealership the night before, just as they were closing, and was able to come in the very next day. Within just a matter of hours, I was walking out with my keys! From my initial call to driving away in my new car. I couldn’t believe how quick, straightforward, and hassle-free everything was. Lori was fantastic to work with. She made everything easy, kept things to the point, and respected my time without making the process feel rushed. I truly appreciated how efficiently everything was handled from start to finish. If you’re looking for a dealership that values your time and makes the car-buying experience a pleasure, I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Alpharetta. Ask for Lori! She was amazing, and I’m thrilled with my vehicle and the overall experience. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for their next car!

Well, they did it again! - charlie.dorminey

Well, they did it again! Just four weeks after purchasing my truck from Carl Black Hiram, we turned right around and purchased my wife's new SUV from them! Our first experience was so impressive that when it came time to find my wife a vehicle, there was no question about where we wanted to go! Once again, Lance was on top of everything from beginning to end, and Vic handled every challenge we threw his way without missing a beat. These guys truly go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of! What really blows me away is their dedication to customer service. Not only did they deliver my truck and pick up my trade-in during our first purchase, but they turned around and did the exact same thing for my wife's SUV! That's TWO vehicles delivered directly to us and TWO trade-ins picked up, saving us the hassle of making the trip! In a world where great customer service seems harder and harder to find, Carl Black Hiram has absolutely knocked it out of the park TWICE in just four weeks! Lance, Vic, and the entire team, thank you for making both of our purchases such incredible experiences. You've earned our trust, our business, and our recommendation! If you're looking for a dealership that actually goes the extra mile, give Carl Black Hiram a chance. You won't regret it!

I had a great experience purchasing my new Porsche Taycan - Christelle

I had a great experience purchasing my new Porsche Taycan at Porsche Atlanta Northwest. Andrew Green, the New Car Sales Manager, knew my lease was coming to an end and worked diligently to find exactly what I was looking for. Within just a couple of days, he found a car that met my specifications and arranged a trade with another Porsche dealership to ensure I had it before my lease ended. I really appreciated the effort he put into making that happen. Edmond Gebara was very personable and thorough with the delivery, paying close attention to every detail and making the transition to my new vehicle easy. Together, they made the entire experience enjoyable, and I couldn’t be happier with my new Taycan. I would highly recommend Porsche Atlanta Northwest. Thank you, Andrew and Edmond!

As soon as we pulled into the Dealership I was impressed - Aunt B

As soon as we pulled into the Dealership I was impressed with how clean the cars and the facility where! We where greeted by a gentleman who had the most contagious smile and was extremely helpful right off the bat! Richard was probably one of the most honest salesman I have ever met. My husband passed away two years ago and he was the one who did all of our car buying in the past. So this was my first time buying on my own. I had some worries because of being my age and a woman that Dealerships would take advantage of me but not Richard. He took the time to go over all of my options and even explained everything in clear detail. Very respectful young man! I highly recommend if you are in the market for a new automobile then you must go see Richard at Peach State Motors! I absolutely love the deal I received on my beloved 2019 Subaru Outback and I will be back when it's time to trade!

They gave me exactly what I wanted. - rheabooth17

They gave me exactly what I wanted. They were ethical, clear, kind, focused, and worked really well with me to get me a good deal. I had a bad experience with a different dealership recently and Nash Chevrolet showed me how pleasant a dealership experience can be. I couldn't be happier with my new car and I have absolutely no regrets.

It was was a pleasurable experience to work with Darryl. His calming, no pressure attitude plus his knowledge of the inventory and it's features make for a relatively quick and easy transaction! The service department also performed some outstanding work we requested to close out our deal. A big shout out to David Cook, Jana Tahirovich, and Kervin Karrington as well. One of our best buying experiences we have ever had at a dealership.

I recently purchased a 2026 Porsche GT3 as an out-of-state buyer, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Paul Stith was fantastic to work with—he made the entire process easy and stress-free, and he truly went above and beyond by waiting several hours after closing for the transportation company to deliver my trade-in. Justin Payne in Finance was also incredibly responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. I’m genuinely grateful to the entire team for making the purchase such a smooth and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Paul and everyone at the dealership!

We had such a great experience at Subaru of Kennesaw! From start to finish, the entire buying process was friendly, stress-free, and smooth! We just purchased our 5th INFINITI from Roswell INFINITI - shanaG8R

We just purchased our 5th INFINITI from Roswell INFINITI over the past 12 years, and that says everything about the experience we've had with this dealership. Our relationship with Roswell INFINITI started when our kids were young. Back then, we were in the stage of life where we were saving for things like braces and carefully watching every dollar. Fast forward 12 years, and we're now empty nesters and we're still choosing Roswell INFINITI for our vehicles. The biggest reason we keep coming back is the entire team makes the process stress free, honest, and fair. In an industry where that can be difficult to find, Roswell INFINITI consistently treats us with respect and makes us feel like valued customers rather than just another sale. We also want to give a special thank you to Elizabeth, who has been with us for 4 of our last 5 INFINITI purchases. Elizabeth knows how to treat people with the utmost respect, listens to what we need, very knowledge of the different vehicles and makes the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. Her professionalism and genuine approach are a huge reason we continue to come back. After 12 years and 5 vehicles, we can honestly say that we have no hesitation whatsoever recommending Roswell INFINITI to anyone looking for a dealership where you're treated fairly and where the people genuinely care about their customers. Thank you to Elizabeth and the entire Roswell INFINITI team for taking care of our family all these years.
