I didn't have much interaction with the dealership, I dealt mainly with Jacob Agin, so my comments will be about him and my transaction. When one purchases an automobile online, and espicially a gently-used vehichle half way across the country, one needs to have complete trust in the person he works with at the dealership. This person becomes the local eyes of the purchaser. The day I met Jacob I got up thinking that I was going to purchase a vehicle from another dealership that was much closer to me. But there was something missing with the person I was working with at the other dealership. Quite simply, it was trust. I just did not feel comfortable that I knew what I was going to get. I did one more online search, and ran across a vehicle at Jaguar Imports that was almost identical to the other vehicle I was gong to purchase. I made an online inquire, and in a littel while Jacob called me. We had a good conversation, he told me the history of the automobile, and he was upfront about any potential issues. He sent me some additional information and pictures, and he was not pushy at all, like he was trying to make a sale so he could get on to another customer. I felt comfortable. We got to know each other over the next couple of days, and I felt that this is the car I wanted to buy, and this the person and dealership I wanted to work with. Jacob helped me arrange transporation, which was flawless, and even though I just the car yesterday, I like what I see. I feel that I purchased the right vehicle from the right person and the right dealership. This ended up being much longer than I planned it to be, but when you purchase a vehicle long distance and sight unseen, you have to have a good person on the other end. I found a good person in Jacob.

The Infiniti of Fort Myers service department is the best in comparison to all luxury car service departments in Fort Myers. Zack is informative and follows through with communication both in writing and using technology. I’ve also had success with Jenna in the past who replaced Rick who was there for many many years. I just wish Infiniti as a corporation would upgrade the changes in the models to keep up with the times. There is so little change between a 2024 and 2026. It is very sad and concerning for the future.

I had an outstanding experience with Genesis of Fort Myers and cannot recommend this dealership enough. Chris was my salesperson, and he was exceptional from beginning to end. His knowledge of the GV80 was incredibly impressive — he knew the vehicle inside and out, including its specifications, technology, features, and how all of the different systems operated. Every question I had was answered thoroughly and confidently, and it was obvious that Chris truly knows the product he represents. What impressed me even more was his follow-up after the sale. Chris has already reached out to me twice just to make sure I am loving my GV80 and to let me know that if I ever need assistance with any of the vehicle's features, I should not hesitate to contact him. That level of service after the purchase really stood out to me. I also want to recognize Pete and the finance department. Shortly after driving home, I discovered that I had picked up a large screw in one of my tires. Because I had literally just purchased the vehicle, the warranty paperwork I had purchased was not yet fully processed. Pete immediately reassured me that he would take care of it and make sure the warranty covered the repair. He stayed on top of the situation well after normal business hours and personally called me around 8:00 PM to let me know everything had been handled. The finance department even followed up with me again afterward to make sure the repair had been properly taken care of. That is exceptional customer service. From Chris's product knowledge and continued follow-up to Pete and the finance team's willingness to go above and beyond after the sale, I genuinely felt valued as a customer. Buying a luxury vehicle should come with a luxury-level experience, and Genesis of Fort Myers delivered exactly that. I absolutely love my GV80 and would confidently recommend this dealership — especially Chris and Pete — to anyone considering a Genesis.
