My personal license plate frame went missing from my old vehicle and he tracked it down and installed it on my new Jeep himself. He's thorough. I never felt rushed. I felt like he cared that I got what I came in looking for. I had been going to a different Jeep dealership, but my experience working with Dan has convinced me that from now on I'm a Liberty guy.
