I had the best experience ever buying a new vehicle from Land Rover Arrowhead in Phoenix, AZ. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with as I decided on my new vehicle. I was planning to trade in my Jaguar F-Pace for a new Jaguar, but fell in love with a new Land Rover Defender. Tisha was beyond helpful answering all my questions and taking me for a test drive of the Defender. It was late on a Friday evening, and I thought I would have to come back the next morning to buy the vehicle. However, Cameron quickly and efficiently took me through all the paperwork and got me on my way home. Finally, a few days later Jude called and scheduled a time to come to my house and completely demystify all the technological components of the vehicle. He was amazing! He helped me set up the vehicle and the Land Rover app on my phone and explained all the incredible features of the Defender to me. I would definitely recommend Arrowhead to anyone interested in buying a new vehicle in Arizona.

He hit it out of the park! My new car was exactly what I was looking for at a great price even after paying the shipping costs. They made the entire transaction so smooth and easy I was able to purchase it while I was away on vacation in Aruba! Put a deposit on the car, filled out preliminary paperwork and transferred balance of the payment when we got home! Car arrived less than a week later from Arizona to Pennsylvania! I helped my mom (76) buy a new Hyundai Kona from LHM Hyundai in Peoria, AZ and was very impressed with the buying experience. I've been helping family and friends buy cars for 30 years, and this is the nicest, most helpful, lowest-pressure experience ever! Our sales rep, Theresa Yont, was more informed about the car's specs and features than any sales rep I've worked with before (dozens), and she was not pushy, patronizing, or condescending at all. She was very easy-going, got us everything we needed, and was very accommodating for my mom (who was very nervous about getting a new-fangled high-tech modern vehicle). She even helped us unfreeze my mom's credit reporting. The price they gave us was actually LOWER than what was advertised without the need to haggle, and there were NO dealer add-ons! That is mind-blowing in new-car sales. Our paperwork guy, Mauricio Sanchez was also very nice and offered, but didn't push extended warranties or service contracts and pointed out that LHM doesn't pay on commission which explains why they are so friendly and helpful rather than sleazy, aggressive, or sneaky like some dealership personnel. I would definitely recommend LHM over any other dealership (Anywhere! I've worked with many), and ask for Theresa Yont.

They said to go to A Honda Dealership and they can help me. When I got to Arrowhead Honda Robert told me that they can’t do free Maintenance as they don’t deal with Nation Wide. I told him why Chevy said and he checked things out and he said that’s the system sounds like it’s a battery and if I went to Chevrolet the battery would be $165 and Robert told me that their Battery was more but showed me what the warranty was and I told him that it was a better deal with Honda and said let’s do it. So he helped me with everything and is very Professional. You have a Great Service associate.

I had two completely different service experiences recently, and the contrast couldn’t have been clearer. My experience at Toyota of Surprise was extremely disappointing. I brought my 2024 Tacoma in for recall work and to fix an issue where the truck falsely detected a trailer connected. After keeping the truck for a full day, I was told it was resolved. I didn’t even make it out of the service port before the same warning appeared again. When I went back inside, the advisor I spoke with was dismissive, said he had no context, and came off snarky and unprofessional. There was no ownership of the issue and no real effort to make it right. I ended up leaving and deciding not to return for service. In contrast, I drove a few extra miles to Larry H. Miller in Glendale — and the experience was exactly what you’d expect from a professional service department. They properly diagnosed the problem, fixed it within a day, communicated clearly throughout the process, and even provided a free loaner vehicle. The staff was respectful, transparent, and focused on resolving the issue the right way. I’ve purchased a used vehicle from Toyota of Surprise in the past and had a good experience, which makes this recent visit even more disappointing. Meanwhile, Larry H. Miller earned my trust immediately with their professionalism and follow-through. Going forward, Larry H. Miller will be my go-to dealership for service.
