On 03/13/26, I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2023 Acura MDX from Elk Grove Acura, and I cannot recommend Keaton Neumann in sales highly enough. Buying a car can be stressful, but Keaton made the entire process smooth, professional and went above and beyond to help me even after the sale was finalized. After taking the car home, I noticed a few issues, including a new car battery that was needed, some rock chips in the windshield and a metal scraping noise coming from the front of the vehicle. I reached out to Keaton and he didn’t hesitate to jump in and ensure these issues were handled immediately. Keaton worked with the General Sales Manager Isiah Martinez and Service department to advocate for me. On 03/16/26, the Service department diagnosed a faulty battery and handled the replacement under warranty at no cost to me. On 05/01/26, the Service department discovered that the metal scraping issue was due to rust on the rotors and pads. Even though I had already bought the car, the Sales Department covered the entire repair cost for the replacement of new rotors and pads to make it right. It’s rare to find a salesperson and a dealership that truly stand behind their Certified Pre-Owned standards like this.
