Picked up my new Honda about two weeks ago from HQ Honda. Discovered that my VIN on the dash was not readable due to, apparently, something had obscured it. Possibly something spilled when the car was being prepped. Dunno. Popped in to the service department yesterday and met with Carlos Sanchez. Mind you, I did not have an appointment and expected to be asked to make one and come back later. Carlos could not possibly have been more helpful and accommodating. He sorted out the issue while I waited. That kind of customer service will go a long way in keeping me as a happy customer.

Bought my G4 almost yr ago. Amazingly i have 15k miles on it. All i have done is pit gas in and two oilchanges which have been complimentary. I must have owned 30 cars in my lifetime, including some expensive ones 911s, and i can't say this is 'the best' lol, but IT IS the best considering price. Incredible fun to drive, does 70+ hwy easily, Doesn't use gas, or so seems. I like it so much i've decked out interior w seat covers Miami Dolphin colors. Just great car. The buying experience was great, but the service experience even better. On the highway in freak occurrence one of my grill panels was pulled outby piece of truck tire. Replaced total cost like 50 bucks. No charge installation. Incredible. Who does that? They got me in/out in 15 mins. Another dealer would have taken advantage of situation. Kudos for honesty and integrity. They have a client for sure now. Shout out to partd dept i think Rafael, Danny the front desk i think who 5star all way. You honestly don't find that kind of service anymore. Thank you!!!

I came to this dealership with my daughter. She has a 2025 Kia K5 and is thinking of switching to a Hyundai. We looked at the Kona, Sonata, and Elantra. I have a 2024 Hyundai Sonata Limited that I bought form this dealership. Craig Vitti is the salesperson that we dealt with. Craig was very knowledgeable of not only the Hyundais, but also the Kias! He explained the similarities and differences between both brands. He is very nice and recommend him if you go to this dealership!
