We had the most pleasant experience purchasing a car from Bill Wilson earlier this week. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and made the process seamless for us. He also went above and beyond by listening to our needs and making sure we were able to view and experience each and every car that was of interest...he was extremely patient and never made us feel rushed in our decision making process. Bill knew everything there was to know about the Q7, inside and out. He gave us an in-depth tutorial and we were very appreciative of all of his efforts. Great experience with Bill and the team there.

They had the perfect C8 Corvette E-Ray I really wanted. I am out of state and initially called and worked with Brian to get a deal set. He was pretty responsive and easy to work with. I wanted to just pay cash and they weren't pushy at all about doing a finance option plus I still feel like I got a great deal. From there, I primarily worked with Dave who was very responsive and helped me through the process of getting the paperwork all handled correctly and quickly. I believe I got the car delivered within about 6*7 days of settling on the deal, which felt quick given being out of state. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and would do business with them again!

Marcus had patience listening to my background story, and followed through with my request for pictures of the repair and detailed explaination along the way. The text communication through their app, coffee, and ample workspace while you wait were all a nice bonus. Chris Gough was also wonderful and took the time to set up my Volvo app and reset all of the technical features inside the car since it was a pre-owned vehicle. He was very patient and kind. Howar was so fast and thorough in getting through the finance process. Bob & Tom were great to work with in service & parts. My only disappointment is that I discovered the trunk cargo cover was missing from the vehicle after I got it home. I'm hoping management will assist with a resolution. While it was stated afterwards that not all vehicles come with one, mine clearly has the attachments for it and all of the other 2025 XC40's on the lot include it.
