I was completely satisfied with the sales process except when we got to finance. The finance manager try to stick me with a 60 month finance. I wanted 36 months he said no way the bank won't to the loan. Come to find put GM offered a 36 month 4.4 % rate. I called him with no response. Im not happy.

Kyle was the service manager I worked with on a continuing problem the suspension on my truck. They identified root cause for the failure and replaced faulty parts returning the systems to normal operating mode and cover the cost through the warranty of the services provided by the original work last year. While they had the vehicle they identified a few other problems that required attention. The truck is back to running well.
