We got our 1st car from them in 2020 and have been dealing with their service center since then. They have been always professional and trustworthy. I’m a very picky buyer who spends a lot of time researching and asking countless questions before making any purchase, but the salesperson I dealt with "Rob" was truly outstanding. Rob was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about his work. He took the time to answer every single one of my (many!) questions and requests with honesty and detail, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. He clearly cared more that we are happy and confident with our decision than just closing a deal. We reached a fair, win-win deal, and I left completely satisfied. I highly recommend Auto Lenders and definitely recommend dealing with Rob.

I recently purchased a 2026 Lexus TX350 F-Sport, and Maria guided me through the entire process — from choosing the car to completing all the paperwork. She made everything smooth, transparent, and enjoyable. It’s rare to meet someone who truly cares about their customers the way she does. However, I’d also like to point out one thing regarding the finance department. During the loan process, they ran four hard inquiries on my credit report, which negatively affects my score. In addition, even though my verified annual income is over $120,000, the approval amount was limited to around $50,000 — which was a bit disappointing, especially since other banks such as Chase, Credit Union, Ukrainian Bank, and KRFCU approved me for significantly higher amounts with no issues. Overall, it was a great experience thanks to Maria and the sales team — I truly appreciate their help. I just hope the finance department improves its approach to reviewing qualified customers in the future.
