I enjoyed purchasing a car (Q5) here when I came with my cousin around mid-August of 2025. We were two females and were treated respectfully and wonderfully as we deserved. More importantly, the sales staff and the sales manager Thomas S. had spectacularly performed at his peak in this department because he has patiently explained so much and answered all of our questions to his best ability and we understood the answers that are crucial to our decision to purchase the aforementioned Q5. We actually went to visit different brands like JEEP and others, but we "fell in love" with the Q5 at the onset, and there was no way we could back out. Worked together, we achieved our goal of purchasing and financing here, thanks to the Audi brand specialist Daniel N. and the sales Manager Thomas S.

Worked with Ali for the majority of the afternoon on preparing the deal, and he was nothing short of amazing. We were in and out in under half an hour. Can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience at Jim Coleman. They were polite and easy to deal with. Luis Cortes showed me quite a few Rav 4’s but they didn’t have a silver one so he drove 60 miles to another dealership to get me the car I wanted. Even weeks after when I had some questions, they were very helpful. I drove from Harford County to Bethesda to buy my car and it was worth it.

The only thing I was unable to give A+ rating was the final (bargained) price, but James cordially explained and convinced me to agree with the deal presented by Criswell. As for the Finance part, we also had a quite straight and satisfying experience with Krystie. I hope we will get a USB that comes with all details about this purchase and car loan processed for this transaction. James with check with Krystie to have such USB mailed to us.
