We contacted the dealership and dealt with a salesman by the name of Jose Sanchez who was very professional and friendly. We drove to Eugene from Salem and Jose met us at the front door with a smile and laid back positive attitude. We are both a bit of a smartass and Jose was able to join in a little while staying professional. My wife really stresses about car shopping so this made it so easy and made her comfortable.
