I also needed new tires badly. Although I chose not to purchase them through Kia because the cost was nearly $1,000, I was able to purchase tires elsewhere that same day and save at least $500. I appreciated David's honesty and the way he treated me throughout the process. He made what could have been a stressful experience much more comfortable. It's refreshing to work with someone who takes the time to offer helpful advice rather than simply trying to sell additional services. Thank you, David, for making my visit a positive one!

Before we could even get out of our vehicle, their salesman Rudy waved us down and happily showed us around to view different vehicle models. Rudy made our car shopping experience fun and was very friendly and not pushy at all. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle we would highly recommend Rudy as he was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient helping us find the perfect vehicle for us.

I recently had service at Bev Smith KIA for my 2024 KIA Sorento due to my warning sensors giving random signals, cluster lights not working, my initial appointment was for Friday,October 16th, my Service Manager was Kenneth Disbrow. When I arrived he did something I didn't expect, he let me know that if I did leave my car he could not guarantee it would be ready by the end of the day so I would not be without transportation. We reset the appointment to Tuesday, Once I dropped my car off Kenneth kept me aware of the status of my repair. Parts had to be ordered, expected delivery Thursday. The parts arrived after business on Thursday and my car was ready Friday. I continue to be amazed by the professionalism of Bev Smith's Service Department and the candidness they display. Kenneth was very transparent about my car's progress through service. I used to cringe when my car needed service before I came to Bev Smith I don't anymore. Out of 1 to 10 they get a 15.

Dominique was such a pleasure to work with. Never in my life did I think dealerships could run this smoothly. We reached out to 4 dealerships in the area, and this one had the best deal. To top it all off, we were in and out of the dealership with a new car in just over an hour. Dominique had everything ready for us when we got there, so everything ran so smoothly. AND she did it while pretty much working out of the parking lot because the building is under construction. It was obvious she took pride in her work and cared about her customers. Amber was also very quick and efficient with the financial paperwork.
