I went in looking a new SUV - Jeep Compass Latitude to be exact. I went in not knowing exactly how expensive of a vehicle I could afford. He sat down with me & gave me the numbers. Took the numbers home, thought about it, came back the next day and told him it wasn’t something I could afford right now. He was okay with that and gave me his honest opinion which included keeping my current car for another year and then coming back to see him for possibly a better payment on a used Compass. I have never heard a dealer tell their customer to keep their current car and come back in a year. He truly looks out for your best interest. Recommend him to anyone!!!!

Drove from Chicago to go to this dealer because of the high ratings. Sebastian was really helpful and informative when we were choosing what kind of car we should get. I did not feel forced to buy a car at all. Other dealerships I’ve been to made me feel uncomfortable and made me feel like I have to leave the dealership with a car. That’s not the case with this place at all. And we came in very late in the day.

I brought in my 2015 Dodge Charger without an appointment for a recall in hopes I could get it done. I have always dreaded going to any car dealership because I always feel like I will be taken advantage of. However, this time I was sorely mistaken. I was quickly greeted by Nathan in the service drive and he even opened my car door for me. He greeted me with so much kindness and respect and had a big smile on his face, he made me feel welcome. A feeling I have never had before at a car dealership. He was nothing but respectful and kind during our whole interaction and accommodated my needs of getting the recall done..without an appointment! He then mentioned that my car was due for some scheduled maintenance and took the time to explain what was what, he was not pushy at all which made the experience even better. He took at least 20 minutes to go over everything with me and priced it all out, he was very pleasant to be with the whole time and did not get annoyed with my questions. I am glad I chose to get my recall done at Riverfront. Riverfront is now my dealer of choice! Nathan was excellent and I WILL be back for all my service needs. Thank you Nathan!

I went in for a scheduled oil change on my 2015 Compass and as I was waiting in the lobby I was approached by Fabian Diaz. I already knew what he was going to say because this has been tried before when I've went in for a service call. I was a bit tickled because I really did not want him wasting his time with me when he could have been working with someone who probably would have required less effort with the finance company but his first statement was "Let me do what I do, no negative thoughts only positive thoughts." So I sat and waited. Ryan Ganser (finance guy) came over and introduced himself and I expressed to him that this would probably be a hard sell so he perhaps should not waste his time. Ryan's words were "I am the money man, let me work my magic." I laughed and said "Okay but it will take a miracle." To make an already long story short, THEY WORKED THIER MAGIC! I drove off in a BRAND NEW 2017 Jeep Cherokee with all the goodies in it AND my 2015 Compass was PAID OFF! These guys worked hard and were so positive throughout the entire process. Awesome Work! Professional! Persistent! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE all the way around!

I would at least try out this dealership if they have the car you want. They are accommodating, pleasant to deal with, and really try to make sure you get the vehicle you want for the price you want within reason. I was assisted by Martin Lupa III, a very nice man. He went above and beyond for me, even offering food to my friends who came along. He was not alone. I also witnessed another employee helping a costumer, who could only speak Spanish, by translating what she and her mother had to say to others and getting her the vehicle she wanted. All in all, a great atmosphere for a car dealership/service business. Well worth my time and it will be worth yours.

Routine oil change - pafoxall
The experience itself was ok. Kunes allowed me to use a discount coupon from a competitor. However, there were a few things I wasn't happy with. When I called to make my appt, I mentioned that I would need a new cabin filter. I asked if they could do that at the same time and was assured it would be no problem. However, upon completing the service, I was informed that I "need to replace the cabin filter " and would have to make an appt to bring it back as they don't carry that particular filter. I wasn't happy about that since I was leaving the following day for a long trip and really didn't want to smell stale air the entire trip.
Also, several miles down the road my "service engine oil soon" warning came on. They had apparently not reset whatever it is that needs reset when an oil change takes place. AND, I realized that they didn't even put a sticker in the window so I would know when it's time for my next oil change. Fortunately, since I was leaving on a long road trip, I had reset my trip meter. So, I do have an idea of when my next oil change is due. BUT, I'm not happy that I now have to plan to spend another afternoon or morning doing what should have been taken care of in the original visit. I live 35 miles from KUNES, so it means allowing 1 1/2 hrs for travel plus another hour in the shop.
I realize it may seem like little things, but my time is invaluable to me.

That being said my wife picked up her new Jeep from the Fields group yesterday and I wish I could give them 10 stars.
From the managers Ron, Jim and Paul to the owner Dan Fields you could never want a more conscientious, authentic, caring and harder working group ever.
What could of been a excruciating experience turned into one of the most positive and best experiences ever in buying a car.
They really live, breathe and work tirelessly to give you the best customer experience possible.
They want you to drive out with your Dream and not go thru a nightmare in doing so.

I have never liked shopping at car dealers, I always tried to avoid them at all cost, I know what i want and won't be pushed or convinced otherwise, this is something that every dealer I have ever gone to is good for.... this is NOT the scenario with my experience at Sherman, Mike Morris was our salesman, I can't even put it into words as to how absolutely amazing this man is/was to me and my family, I truly felt beyond comfortable from the moment he approached my family, he didn't jump right down our throats as soon as we entered the lot ( like EVERY other dealership) he listened to us, he did not push us whatsoever, he listened, he knew exactly what to present to us based on this, I truly felt that he wanted to help my family, not just sell us a vehicle. I felt zero pressure to buy anything, may I add, we came in towards the end of the night, 7pm, we left there at probably 11:30, well past the time Mike should have been gone from the shop, I have never met a salesman ever who was this amazing, my wife and I have 3 young children so we were extremely picky as to what we wanted, Mike worked with us the whole way, NO problems at any time,at one point we werent sure they had any van on the lot that suited our needs, i honestly told the wife i WANT to buy a car from this man, i never met someone so motivated, dedicated, concerned, and caring for our exact needs. This is something you don't come across at a car dealership thus the reason I don't care for them, but Sherman dodge was different, and I contribute my beyond amazing experience to Mike Morris my salesmen, my wife and I can't even express or say enough kind words about this man. He changed my mind about car shopping, I will never look to buy from a private seller again, I will go straight to Mike Morris for all my car needs from now on, and recommend everybody to him. Jesse Wright, From sales, Mike Volakis from financing, and Jose Chavez store manager were absolutely amazing as well, they all were of great help, this place runs like a fine oiled machine and I can't say enough great things about this team, EVERY single employee there had a smile and were so kind, after we closed the deal my wife wanted Mike and Jesse asked to get a photo with my 3 young sons, Mike and Jesse were beyond thrilled and actually wanted us to send them the photos, so family oriented, truly a spectacular team that anybody would be proud of....

We returned to Benoy to purchase another Wrangler since we were so satisfied with the 2010 Wrangler that we had gotten. Saw the 2016 on the website and made the trip to Benoy. We were really happy to see that Gary Merritt was still there as he came out to greet us as we pulled in and he recognized the Green Jeep. From that moment on we were convinced that Benoy was the Jeep dealership we wanted to do business with. The Owners also were very nice to us and made us feel like familiar customers.
