Highly Recommend Chris Krason and Wickstrom Ford. The dealership was very clean and welcoming. All of the associates were very nice. We worked directly with Chris Krason, and he was the best. We have been through the car buying process a few times recently, and this experience was far and above the best. We told Chris what our budget was and what we were looking for and he made it happen quickly. It was also the first time having our 16 and 19 year old kids a part of the car buying process, and Chris was very patient and friendly. He answered all their questions and helped them get set up in the new vehicle.

As I pulled up I wasn't greeted by anybody just had to find my way around as to where should I go to let someone know Im here for my apt. Im not surprised it was hot day and its a big entrance and your associates are seated inside. Im just a bit spoiled by previous dealership when you pulled up there was always someone right up by my door. Once in I was greeted and then showed where I may wait for time being. I asked to check out Dodge Charger and the young gentleman showed me kindly, even the inside as I asked to see that too. Overall great and timely experience

I worked with Marvin R on trading in my vehicle for a new Dodge Durango. He was super patient with me and really low key. Never once did he try to pressure me or steer me in a direction that I felt was inappropriate. It was a real pleasure to work with him on getting the vehicle that I had researched. Marvin also was very receptive to when I pointed out some minor scuffs on the front bumper and then found a significant scratch on the hood. He pointed me in the direction to get the body work resolved.

We recently purchased a vehicle at Sam Leman in Champaign. Reese Smith was our sales associate and we could not be more pleased with the service he provided us. A very friendly and welcoming individual, Reese was very knowledgeable of the cars on his lot (in our case a Jeep) as well as the services his dealership had to offer. He communicated effectively and seemed to clearly understand our needs, focusing on them rather than what he had to sell. As me and my partner are probably 50 years older than Reese, he explained things in a caring way, never condescending. We felt both heard and respected. Once we worked out a deal we met with Johnny Lane who helped us work out the financing and any features (like a maintenance agreement) we might want to add to our purchase. Johnny was invested in what we wanted, not selling things to us. He clearly explained our options so that we could decide if we wanted them or not. In some cases he began with saying, “I don’t think this is something you should consider, but I will explain it to you if you wish.” We left with a purchase we are very pleased with as well as the comfort of knowing that Reese and Johnny are there for support if something should ever come up. We return in a few days to connect with Reese who is going to introduce us to their maintenance team. We could not be more pleased with our buying experience and strongly recommend connecting with Reese Smith at Sam Leman if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

After several days of shopping for the right vehicle for my family, I was ready to give up. I decided to give DuPage CDJR one last chance before throwing in the towel, and I am so glad I did.
