I had an amazing experience at Clinton Honda. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly. Feilks from sales made the whole process smooth and ensured I felt comfortable. He was knowledgeable about the CR-V EXL and never pressured me. Even Ajay in Finance was great, getting me a better interest rate than my credit union/bank. The whole transaction was stress-free. I highly recommend asking for Feilks. I was in and out on a Saturday, and it took me 3 and a half hours to complete the deal. The longest part was getting an insurance rep on phone over the weekend. 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone. Their kindness and customer service are above and beyond. Thank you again Clinton Honda for everything.

Becca, Danny and the service manager were very professional and efficient in getting my repair issue resolved. Original diagnosis was a bad right shock based on the noise I was hearing . Based on price I elected to go somewhere else for the replacement after getting the shocks replaced the noise continued. I brought the van back to both places several times. The shocks were even replaced and I still had the noise. Honda originally said it was the shock. After 4 months honda kept the van for a couple days they had another van almost same year on the lot. They replaced both shocks from that van and installed in my van , noise gone !!! They gave me a choice to keep the shocks from the other van and they would use my shocks in the other van. No charge. I would highly recommend bridgewater honda especially their service department . For now on I go with honda parts

I got the exact vehicle I wanted at the price I was comfortable paying, and the entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. I worked with Mohammed Shafi, who was outstanding. He was professional, respectful, and very easy to work with. He was well prepared, answered all my questions clearly, and got the deal done quickly without any pressure or wasted time. It was clear that everyone at the dealership was on the same page, from sales, to management, to finance, to the car prep and detailing team. That level of coordination really made a difference, the process felt organized and transparent from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this dealership, and especially Mohammed, to anyone looking for a straightforward, positive car-buying experience.

Not great. They keep trying to sell their own certification even though the car is already Honda Certified. Honda has a promo deal of 1.49% interest and they are making that rate contingent upon me paying their certification fee. I wasted numerous Uber fares trying to purchase a vehicle.

I am writing this review to compliment Brandon, a long-time member of the service team. Brandon just again provided exceptional professionalism and care today (along with the rest of the service team behind the scenes). He continued to prove how knowledgeable, efficient, genuine, and caring he is as a person and as a Honda employee. If I could give Brandon more than five stars I would given that he went out of his way to proactively diagnose and fix several issues with the car that I might not have found otherwise (along with an oil change) such as a problem with the rear tail light. I trust his rates as fair, and he really seems to have the customer's best interest in mind. I trust that he is being recognized for his exceptional work with Honda by management! Thank you Brandon! My family has also commented over the years how much they appreciate his responsiveness and professionalism so I felt it's time for a review!
