I was assigned a service advisor by the name of Solomon Watson who did a great job. From the first day he tried to help in the expediting the repairs to my vehicle. I know that an electrical problem sometimes is a difficult problem to locate and repair. He was attentive in my needs and helped in anyway he could. Me and my wife are very dependent on my car and he made sure we had a vehicle available to take us to doctor’s appointments. Joyce Honda and Solomon Watson did a great job in locating and repairing my vehicle.

I've owned and been driving Hondas for many years, never did I experience such professional and accommodating service. I spent half the day calling Honda dealerships all around the tristate area. Only to find that Hudson Honda was able to fit me in and handle my emergency. From the parts person, Jeffery who asked for the vin# of my vehicle before I traveled 1 1/2 hours to the dealership, to the service advisor, Jose Caminero, who stayed past their closing time to finish the job. It was worth the trip, I'd recommend this Hudson Honda to everyone!

Bought 2021 Civic sport certified from Hamilton Honda 3 months ago, I started hearing like humming noise coming from the rear tires, went to Hamiton Honda and saw CHRIS ALFINITO and he was very courteous, respectful and even asked the technician to go with me for a ride, 1.5 hours later Chris told me that my car is ready, he REPLACED BOTH REAR TIRES AND ROTATE THE REAR ONES AND PERFORMED COMPLETE ALIGNMENT ALL FOR FREE, I was so happy that I gave him a hug, he is so nice went above and beyond to make customers happy, and I was very happy indeed, I don’t hear any humming noise any more. I recommend you talk to Chris about any service needs for your Honda. THANKS CHRIS ALFINTINO

An absolutely awful experience. After being quoted what the repairs would cost and the amount of time it would take to complete them, they went 3 weeks and $1,000 over what was quoted. After I picked the car up it still wasn't fixed. They tried to force the wrong wiring in the repaired rear door causing the window not to work and the car unable to lock. The wheels were left not properly aligned causing the car to shake at speeds over 50mph. I ended up spending over another $1,000 at a place that actually knows what they are doing. While the car was there over 10 calls were left unreturned. You're better off taking your car literally any where else.
